1、查看gem版本号； gem --version 2、如果gem版本小于2.6.14建议升级到2.6.14或更高版本； sudo gem update --system 3、更换gem源； sudo gem --remove https://rubygems.org sudo gem --add http://gems.ruby-china.org 4、采用Sudo-less install方式安装CocoaPods; a)、在自己Home主目录新建一个目录如 Vendor/ruby b)、export GEM_HOME=$HOME/Vendor/ruby c)、export PATH=$HOME/Vendor/ruby/bin:$PATH d)、gem install cocoapods -v 1.5 5、将上面第3步的b环境变量加入 ~/.bash_profile文件（如果是苹果M1芯片则使用 ~/.zshrc 这个文件）并执行 source ~/.bash_profile 按以上方法安装的CocoaPods相关文件都会被安装到你主目录到Vendor/ruby目录下。
